Rick Justus, BCBA, LBA
Rick began his career providing direct support to individuals with autism in community and home settings. He received his Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Utah, teaching Special Education in the Salt Lake area. For over twenty years, he has specialized in developing functional assessments, providing parent and professional training, and implementing person-centered learning and behavior improvement strategies for individuals considered disabled and autistic. He has various specializations in Applied Behavior Analysis, Positive Behavior Supports, Intensive Behavior Intervention, Relationship Development, Pivotal Response Training and non-verbal/visual communication strategies.
Romila "Mimi" Dasgupta, BCBA, LBA
Mimi started her career as an in-home therapist for a child with autism. That first foray into behavior analysis paved the way for further training at a clinic that specialized in behavior analysis and at Vanderbilt University’s Master’s of Education program. After receiving her masters, Mimi also became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Since that time, Mimi has worked as a behavior analyst in a variety of settings. From working in school based programs as well as clinic and home-based ABA programs, to working with group home staff for adults who had developmental disabilities, Mimi has experience using behavioral principals to help individuals of all ages learn to be more independent and live more fulfilling lives.
Farzeen Khawaja M. Ed., BCBA, LBA
Farzeen graduated from University of Massachusetts in 2013 with a Master's Degree in Education. She has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with Autism in home and center based settings. Farzeen has a deep interest in the principles of behavior and their application in applied settings. She is passionate about creating meaningful change for children with disabilities and their families.
